Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred at some locations
- Capable of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bakery or food service experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and baking procedures accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Manage early morning baking operations
- Uphold quality control to maintain product consistency
