Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bakery or food production preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift moderate weights
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
adherence to safety and hygiene standards
effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
experience in high-volume baking environments preferred
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
strong attention to detail
good time management skills
basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Job Duties

prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
ensure consistency and quality of bakery items
maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
monitor inventory levels of baking supplies

assist in packaging and displaying bakery goods
