Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
adherence to food safety standards
basic math skills

Job Qualifications

previous experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
strong attention to detail

Job Duties

prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
monitor baking process to ensure product quality and consistency
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery work areas and equipment
comply with health and safety regulations
assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
collaborate with team members to meet production goals
provide excellent customer service as needed
