Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior baking or food preparation experience is an advantage
Ability to work early morning hours as early as 3 AM
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Commitment to quality and customer service
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

Prepare and bake bagels and pastries in the early morning hours
Stock the bagel wall and pastry cases to ensure product availability
Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store environment
Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational goals
Manage inventory and baking supplies
Adhere to company policies and procedures including safety and quality standards
