Job Description
Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a passionate Bakery Clerk to join their team. The Bakery Clerk will be responsible for preparing, baking, and packaging all baked goods in a professional and customer-oriented environment, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional service to customers.
Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
- have 1-2 years of Bakery experience or a relevant combination of education and experience
- be dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- possess outgoing and friendly behavior with good communication skills
- demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment, take direction, and perform general housekeeping tasks
- be physically capable of standing for up to 3 hours continuously, lifting items up to 40 lbs, and adhering to safety and health regulations.
