Job Description

Under the direction of the Assistant Pastry Chef, the Baker is responsible for the daily operation of the Bakery including the preparation of baked products and pastries according to established recipes. Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure the proper usage of the pastry kitchen tools and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Culinary degree from an accredited culinary institute preferred
  • Minimum two (2) years of food and beverage experience in a high-volume pastry kitchen or bakery required
