Job Requirements

2+ years experience baking in a high volume restaurant or equivalent experience and education
must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
must be able to work on feet for the duration of shift
must understand weights, measures and conversions
know food safety and inventory concepts such as FIFO, time and temperature requirements and the hierarchy of food storage
Texas Food Handler Permit required prior to start and must be maintained throughout tenure
ability to maintain patience with guests and co-workers in difficult situations
must be 18 years or older
ability to communicate in English
must be able to work in a team environment
ability to think quickly and creatively to address unique guest needs

Job Duties

being a promotional spokesperson for Saint Arnold
prepare dough for pizzas, buns, naan bread and other baked goods
bake buns, naan bread and other baked goods
keep work area clean
know and follow all laws, rules, regulations and company policies regarding proper food handling
be prepared to work at designated start time
maintain a safe, clean ad sanitary work area, kitchen and restaurant
assure baked goods meet company standards
monitor and maintain inventory levels and rotate food to ensure freshness
work as a team with all co-workers
all other duties as assigned
