Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
capacity to stand for extended periods
good manual dexterity and physical stamina
effective communication skills
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in baking or culinary arts preferred
knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
ability to operate commercial baking equipment
strong attention to detail and quality
excellent communication and customer service skills
willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
decorate cakes and other baked goods
operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
interact with customers to provide exceptional service
assist in stocking and inventory management of bakery items
