Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- must pass background check in accordance with applicable laws
- valid state-issued driver’s license preferred at specific locations
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a team
- excellent communication skills
- customer service experience beneficial
Job Duties
- prepare fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case with quality products
- assist with customer order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- adhere to food safety and quality standards
- support inventory management and bakery operations
