Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in professional cooking in restaurant or establishment of similar caliber
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, speak and interpret documents in clear English
- Physical ability to exert well-paced ability in limited space and move timely within the restaurant
- Manual dexterity to use and operate necessary equipment
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and stretch frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods, up to 10 hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversees assigned areas of bread and pastry production
- Execute recipes, maintain kitchen equipment, and always be on time
- Use working knowledge of basic baking techniques
- scaling, mixing, proofing, baking, decorating, finishing, etc.
- Responsible for mixing, shaping, baking dough
- cleaning machinery
- preparing ingredients
- and packaging final product
- Ensure stated direction and guidance in quality standards are achieved daily
- Ensure restocking the bakery is performed accordingly and storage areas are properly organized
