Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license (preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous baking or food preparation experience is advantageous
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Positive attitude with a passion for quality food preparation

Job Duties

Arrive early to prepare fresh bagels and pastries
Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals
Monitor product quality and consistency throughout shifts
Help with inventory management and restocking supplies
