Experience in baking or pastry arts preferred
Ability to decorate cakes and pastries
Skills in time management and organizing multiple tasks
Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
Capability to work under pressure
Strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Strong artistic and decorative skills in baking

Job Duties

Create a variety of baked goods including cakes, pastries, and showpieces
Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic designs
Manage multiple baking projects ensuring timely delivery
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
Collaborate with culinary team to meet production goals
Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed
Maintain high quality and consistency of all baked products
