Prior baking or culinary experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Basic food safety knowledge
Good communication skills
Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries
Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
Use ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to prepare bakery items
Ensure bakery products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Interact with customers with friendly and helpful service
Keep display cases and shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked
Collaborate with team members to maintain bakery operations
