Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are fresh and accurate
  • adheres to product shelf life standards
  • delivers consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards
  • enhances customer service experience through friendly attitude and following S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You
  • supports speed of service targets by working efficiently to fill orders in the restaurant and drive-thru
  • promptly executes service recovery for customer service concerns and complaints
  • listens carefully to customer concerns and apologizes when necessary
  • follows all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment use
  • monitors fridge and freezer product inventory and submits order quantities
  • prepares products minimizing food waste through smaller batch production and records prepared items and waste
  • receives and responds to showcase and product needs from the restaurant front
  • assists in serving guests when necessary
  • regularly takes temperatures of products, fridges and freezers and records them
  • cleans and maintains the production area
  • follows all restaurant policies, procedures and standards
  • supports a clean environment ready for rush periods through regular clean-up and organization
  • follows proper hand washing techniques and completes sanitation tasks
  • works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation
  • follows safe work practices and procedures
  • uses personal protective equipment as required
  • reports injuries, illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions and security incidents to management
  • operates equipment safely and responsibly
