Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check as applicable
- Possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred where applicable
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours with or without accommodation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and kettle cook authentic New York-style bagels early in the morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment following company standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold food quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage multitasking duties in a fast-paced bakery setting
- Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
