Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours and days including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- able to pass background check as applicable
- possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
- meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a bakery or food preparation environment beneficial but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong multitasking skills
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- bake bagels and other bakery products as per company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain quality control of food and beverages served
- keep the store environment safe and clean
- work collaboratively as part of the team to meet store goals
- follow company policies and procedures for food safety and customer service
