Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare a variety of food items according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Set up workstation with necessary ingredients and equipment
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, and chopping
- Operate ovens, stoves, and mixers safely
- Utilize utensils, including knives, safely
- Follow food safety policies for proper food storage
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positivity
- Adhere to safety policies, including food safety and sanitation
- Protect company assets through responsible management
