Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in bakery or food preparation preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to lift heavy items
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills
Understand safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all bakery items meet quality and freshness standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery area
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Assist with receiving and stocking of bakery supplies
Follow all food safety and handling regulations
