Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work 5am-2pm shifts
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual
Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Experience in baking or food preparation
Ability to work early morning hours
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of food safety standards
Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Job Duties

Preparing Morning Ritual breakfast items as well as food preparation for The Goat
Working the 5am-2pm shift to set up Morning Ritual and The Goat for daily success
Ensuring quality control of baked goods
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area
Collaborating with team members to meet food preparation needs
Adhering to health and safety standards
Assisting with inventory management and ingredient restocking
