Job Requirements

- prior experience in bakery or food service preferred
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- prior bakery or food preparation experience a plus
- ability to follow detailed baking formulas and instructions
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- good communication and teamwork skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery products
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bakery products according to Costco formulas
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- monitor ingredient inventory and notify management of shortages
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- assist with stocking and displaying bakery items for sale
- provide excellent customer service when needed
