- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items
- prepare breakfast bakery items on weekends to meet production needs
- complete use and follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance
- ensure every bakery product is fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate
- maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards
- maintain proper portioning and recipe yields
- follow the Bakery and Dessert Cafe Production Guide
- be friendly and courteous to guests and assist them with baked goods
- know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery
- perform duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- follow local health department laws
