Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as required by law
- Possession of a current valid state-issued driver’s license preferred but only required at certain locations
- Must meet driving qualifications as per company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in baking or food preparation beneficial
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Familiarity with food safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries early in the morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case throughout the shift
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service
- Monitor and ensure the quality of all baked products
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold standards
