Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior baking experience preferred
Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and bake breads, cookies, and pastries to high quality standards
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers efficiently and safely
Engage with customers and provide excellent service
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Ensure baked products meet freshness and safety standards
Assist in inventory management and product stocking
