Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bakery or pastry kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting customers
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries and baked goods following Bottega Louie recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Stock and replenish pastry ingredients and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
