Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
basic math and reading skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous baking experience preferred but not required
knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
ability to operate commercial baking equipment
strong communication and customer service skills
eagerness to learn and work as part of a team
attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Job Duties

Bake breads cookies and pastries
produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
operate ovens mixers slicers and proofers
ensure products meet quality freshness and safety standards
maintain clean organized and well-stocked display cases and shelves
interact with customers sharing enthusiasm and product knowledge
assist in inventory management and kitchen cleanliness
