Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- good physical stamina
- willingness to engage with customers and team members

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- maintain high quality, freshness, and safety standards
- engage and assist customers
- keep display cases and shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked
- support team members and contribute to bakery presentation
