Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Capacity to handle physical demands of baking such as lifting and standing
Good hygiene and adherence to safety standards
Reliable and punctual
Must comply with company and store policies

Job Qualifications

Experience in baking or pastry arts preferred
Ability to operate commercial baking equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and safety standards
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Operate and maintain ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Engage with customers and provide friendly service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Ensure all baked products are fresh and well-stocked
Assist with inventory management and restocking
