Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
Willingness to learn and adapt to new baking processes

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking experience preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
Ability to operate baking equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to high-quality standards
Produce and decorate cakes and fancy desserts
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Ensure all baked goods meet freshness and safety requirements
Provide friendly customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
