Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to work night shifts and overtime as needed
Compliance with safety and food quality standards
Good attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent
Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong decision making and communication skills
Knowledge of HACCP, CTS, SOP, Safety, GMP, and JSA procedures
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to follow formula control and label management procedures

Job Duties

Covering various positions on Line 2 Packaging for breaks and lunches, call-offs, and vacations
Operating Bagger and Kwiklok machines
Feeding bread into slicers and monitoring quality
Packaging products into baskets or cases
Monitoring and recording product quality standards
Maintaining workspace cleanliness and organization
Reporting and documenting quality checks
