The role of Dishwasher/Utility/Bake Assist Employee is an entry-level position, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who may not have previous experience but are eager to learn and grow within the bakery setting. This position is ideal for those looking to join a fun and fast-paced team culture where they can receive on-the-job training to develop their skills. Compensation starts at a minimum of $12.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $14.00 based on performance, willingness to learn quickly, and overall contribution to the team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness and organization within the bakery, especially in the Baking and Frosting departments, ensuring all pans, utensils, floors, walls, bathrooms, shelves, and refrigeration units are thoroughly cleaned. In addition to cleaning tasks, this multifaceted role supports various baking activities including scooping cake batter, flipping cakes, folding boxes, and labeling containers.
