Job Requirements
- Must have a valid US driver’s license with at least 3 years of experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to effectively communicate with team members as well as airline passengers
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Must pay close attention to details and have the ability to learn all required systems
- This position requires frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking

Job Duties
- Assist passengers with their luggage and oversize equipment by loading and unloading items to and from conveyor belts and loaders
- Secure items left on baggage claim carousels
- Supervise the transportation of checked luggage
- Assist with transporting bags to and from designated areas, loading luggage and oversized items onto conveyor belt systems
- Assign checked bags to the appropriate carousels in the baggage claim area
- Manage and document instances of damaged or misplaced baggage, as well as load discrepancies
- Notify the appropriate personnel of equipment damage and malfunctions
- Observe airline instructions regarding irregular operations and report suspicious activity
