Job Requirements
- Valid US driver's license with at least 3 years of experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and airline passengers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to learn required systems
- Physical ability to frequently lift, bend, stand, and walk
- Approval subject to automobile insurance carrier's criteria

Job Duties
- Assist passengers with their luggage and oversize equipment by loading and unloading items to and from conveyor belts and loaders
- Secure items left on baggage claim carousels
- Supervise the transportation of checked luggage
- Assist with transporting bags to and from designated areas
- Load luggage and oversized items onto conveyor belt systems
- Assign checked bags to the appropriate carousels in the baggage claim area
- Manage and document instances of damaged or misplaced baggage, as well as load discrepancies
- Notify the appropriate personnel of equipment damage and malfunctions
- Observe the airline's instructions regarding irregular operations
- Report suspicious activity
