Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist airline ticket counter staff with loading passenger luggage onto conveyor belts
- space out luggage to prevent jams on conveyor belts
- assist customers with delayed, damaged, or pilfered baggage
- read IATA tickets to determine flight departure times and connecting carriers
- screen all interline passengers prior to placing bags on return belts
- ensure baggage tagging is correct
- handle misplaced or lost baggage claims and provide reports to carriers
- evaluate customer needs concerning airline locations
- meet station attendance standards
- perform other duties as assigned
