We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bagel Baker to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 20 to 35 hours per week. This role is essential to our baking operations and plays a crucial part in upholding the bakery's high standards. The bagel baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of traditional and specialty bagels. This includes mixing and kneading dough, shaping bagels, boiling and baking them to perfection, and ensuring cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and baking areas.

The position requires working the overnight shift from approximately 10 pm to 5 am every night except Sundays. Our bakers work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, often in rotating teams of 2 to 3 people per shift, making it a fast-paced and fast-learning atmosphere. While experience is preferred, candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered as training will be provided. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about baking and looking to develop or enhance their skills in a bustling bakery setting. Physical stamina is necessary as the job involves standing for extended periods and lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
