Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and punctual
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not always required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
Physical stamina to handle tasks such as lifting and carrying items, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Table greet including bread and water service
Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave
Remove used dishes, silverware, and glassware
Wipe down tables and chairs to ensure cleanliness
Replenish supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments
Assist servers with delivering food and drinks to tables
Provide support to guests as needed including refilling water glasses
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors and surfaces
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Wash dishes, glassware, and utensils as needed
Work collaboratively with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient service
Follow safety and sanitation procedures
Adhere to health regulations and proper food handling practices
