The Backwaiter is a vital link between the kitchen and the dining room, responsible for monitoring the expo line, running trays of food to tables, answering guests' questions, clearing tables promptly, and restocking service stations throughout the shift. This position demands excellent multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Additionally, Backwaiters help operate kitchen equipment such as coffee and iced tea machines and POS systems and assist in greeting, seating guests, and packaging takeout orders when necessary. Training is provided, making this an accessible entry point into the hospitality industry for those interested in gaining valuable experience and advancing within the company. Employment is available on a full-time and part-time hourly basis, with compensation starting at $2.83 per hour plus tips, based on experience. P.F.
