The Backwaiter plays a pivotal role in supporting our dining room teams by facilitating efficient food delivery from the kitchen to guests, assisting in maintaining sanitary dining areas, and managing service stations. This role demands excellent customer service skills, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position requires team members to interact positively with guests, respond promptly to requests, and assist other front-of-house staff in providing an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities also include cleaning tables and floors, restocking service stations, operating kitchen equipment like coffee and iced tea machines, handling POS systems, and supporting the beverage service. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team setting. While no prior experience is required as comprehensive paid training is provided, the position demands the ability to stand, bend, and lift objects regularly, as well as an excellent sense of communication to remain calm under pressure.
