Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong physical stamina for prolonged standing and carrying
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- commitment to delivering high-quality service

- Previous experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred, but not required

- ability to follow direction while anticipating service needs

Job Duties
- Support servers and captains to ensure fluid, well-paced service throughout the dining room
- assist with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and re-marking with precision
- execute food running, beverage support, and guest assistance as directed
- maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization in all service areas
- anticipate guest and service team needs to enhance the overall dining experience
- communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to support service flow
- uphold all service standards, procedures, and presentation expectations
