The Server Assistant role, commonly referred to as Busser or Food Runner, is pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of service within our dynamic and fast-paced dining settings. This position supports the Food Server by assisting with timely food delivery and ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their visit. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, physical endurance to manage lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weight, and a keen sense of customer interaction. Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varying shifts
  • Physical stamina for standing long periods
  • Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
