Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage back server experience
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to lift 35 lbs
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to teamwork and positive workplace culture
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

Assisting servers, host/hostess and management in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to seating plan
Maintain light conversation and interaction with guests
Polishing silverware and glassware
Keeping service areas stocked at all times
Communicating with servers and fellow back servers to maintain organization and meet guest needs
Keep glasses filled
remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Bottega Louie
Ability to multi-task in a faced paced, high-pressure environment
Will be expected to perform other duties as assigned
