Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage back server experience
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to teamwork and positive workplace culture
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Assisting servers, host/hostess and management in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to seating plan
- Maintain light conversation and interaction with guests
- Polishing silverware and glassware
- Keeping service areas stocked at all times
- Communicating with servers and fellow back servers to maintain organization and meet guest needs
- Keep glasses filled
- remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
- Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
- Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Bottega Louie
- Ability to multi-task in a faced paced, high-pressure environment
- Will be expected to perform other duties as assigned
