The Back Server position at Toca Madera holds a crucial role in contributing to the restaurant's mission of providing outstanding guest experiences. Working closely with their assigned Server, the Back Server acts as the primary support to ensure all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting with greeting guests, managing water service, preparing tables for courses by setting silverware, plates, and linens, running food when necessary, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
