Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Ability to work flexible schedules
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Strong organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-volume environments
Team-oriented personality

Job Duties

Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
Clear and clean tables after guests leave including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors
Reset tables quickly for the next guests
Manage tickets and deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests
Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
Communicate with guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure excellent customer service
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
