The Back of House Team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill plays an essential role in this mission. This team consists of Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, and Grill Cooks, all working cohesively to create delicious meals from scratch. The team collaborates closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking standards at their stations. The Back of House role requires speed, efficiency, and attention to detail to ensure that each dish meets Firebirds’ quality expectations while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Ability to follow company hygiene and uniform policies
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of kitchen operations
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on feet for over 8 hours daily
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships
- Reliable transportation to work
- Minimum age of 18 years for Back of House positions
