Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a kitchen environment beneficial but not required
  • ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
  • commitment to adhering to safety and hygiene standards
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • physical capability to handle kitchen duties
  • strong team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of kitchen operations

Job Duties

  • Prepare scratch-made dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations

  • practice safe food handling and equipment usage
  • complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists
  • collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
  • restock supplies and ingredients as needed
