The BOH (Back of House) Team Member role at Nothing Bundt Cakes is crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of the bakery's signature products. This role involves learning and rotating through three essential BOH positions: Frosting, Baking, and Utility. In the Frosting role, team members follow proprietary recipes and food safety standards to prepare and apply the bakery's famous frosting using standardized techniques. The Baking position requires adherence to detailed recipes and production methods to efficiently produce a variety of cake flavors and sizes in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Utility duties involve maintaining cleanliness and sanitization throughout the bakery, including all equipment, ensuring the bakery upholds the highest health and safety standards.
