The Back of House (BOH) team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill plays a critical role in delivering the extraordinary dining experiences the brand is known for. The BOH team includes positions such as Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, and Grill Cooks, all of whom collaborate tightly under the leadership of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. This team works in a fast-paced kitchen environment where scratch cooking demands precision, high energy, and efficiency. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of their stations to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service.

Job Requirements
- 18+ age for BOH positions
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- no prior kitchen experience necessary but a passion for learning and culinary interest
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays
- physical stamina to withstand long periods of standing and manual tasks
Job Qualifications
