Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all BOH operations and service flow
- Supervise, train, and support BOH staff to maintain strong performance and teamwork
- Monitor inventory, control waste, and manage food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth evening service
- Support budgeting and maintain quality and consistency in food production
