Job Requirements

  • Experience in kitchen management in fast-paced restaurant settings
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to perform effectively during high-volume AM shifts
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage all BOH operations and service flow
  • Supervise, train, and support BOH staff to maintain strong performance and teamwork
  • Monitor inventory, control waste, and manage food costs
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
  • Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth evening service
  • Support budgeting and maintain quality and consistency in food production
