Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of experience as line cook or prep cook
- Prior restaurant experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Taco Mama recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food production
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
- Support culinary leaders in day-to-day kitchen operations
