Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen
- Demonstrated success in culinary excellence and food service hospitality
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations and restaurant food safety procedures
- Food safety and food handler certification
- Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Values diversity and community
- Proven ability to problem solve and handle high stress
- Must be prepared to multitask
- Ability to identify and anticipate opportunities and implement corrections
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipe guidelines and quality standards
- Manage inventory and follow prep guidelines to ensure kitchen readiness
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Collaborate with management to meet guest satisfaction and operational goals
- Participate in special events and assist with food production as needed
- Use and maintain kitchen equipment and tools properly
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations diligently
