Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of FIFO (first in, first out) and time and temperature control
- Ability to manage kitchen sanitation and safety compliance
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Capable of working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and fast-paced activities
